Returns Policy

In accordance with UK consumer rights regulations, you have the option to return your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied. Simply send back the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days from the date of receipt. We will either issue a full refund (excluding the initial delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving the return, or exchange the item for a different size, colour, or provide a gift voucher on the same day, based on your preference. For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unworn and unused, maintaining the same condition as when you received it.

Need to return an item? Here's how:

Step 1: Log in to your account

  • Visit account.streetgarms.co.uk
  • Select "Login with email"
  • Enter the email you used for your order
  • You'll receive a login code by email - no password needed
  • Enter this code on the login page to access your account

Step 2: Request your return

  • Go to the Orders Section and select your order
  • Click the 'Request a Return' button and follow the prompts
  • Wait for our confirmation email with detailed return instructions

Important: We can only accept returns that have been pre-authorised through your account. Please don't ship any items until you receive our approval email.

Return Guidelines:

  • Package items in their original packaging
  • Use a tracked delivery service
  • Include your order number in the package
  • Street Garms is not responsible for items lost during transit

Refund Information:

  • Returns are processed within 2 business days after receipt
  • Your refund will equal the value of returned item(s) minus:
    • £3.75 flat shipping fee, or
    • £0 if your original order was over £100 with free shipping

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method, with the exception of a fixed shipping fee of £3.75 for orders under £100. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
