In accordance with UK consumer rights regulations, you have the option to return your purchase if you are not entirely satisfied. Simply send back the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days from the date of receipt. We will either issue a full refund (excluding the initial delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving the return, or exchange the item for a different size, colour, or provide a gift voucher on the same day, based on your preference.
For a return to be eligible, the item must remain unworn and unused, maintaining the same condition as when you received it.

When sending your item, ensure you use a tracked service, as Street Garms will not assume responsibility for any items that may become lost during transit to our facility.
Upon receiving your returned package, we will process the refund, which will amount to the value of the returned item(s) minus the flat shipping fee of £3.75 or £0 if your order is over £100 and you used the free shipping service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method, with the exception of a fixed shipping fee of £3.75. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
